This week theme - I wasn't sure what this duo were called which is embarrassing to admit when my mum, dad and brother have all worked in the theatre industry and I grew up hoovering the bars in Wimbledon theatre to earn my pocket money as a teen 🫣

So I did a little search, and here is their story:

The comedy and tragedy masks are a pair of masks, one crying and one laughing, that have widely come to represent the performing arts. Originating in the theatre of ancient Greece, the masks were said to help audience members far from the stage to understand what emotions the characters were feeling.

Pretty, but they took the most time to do as they had the detail in the flood.

16 days - A lot of work and a lot of hours, late nights, early mornings, all with a 1 year old in toll. I also had help from my husband and kids with building boxes and labelling. We got there and all done by the 8th of December. Biscuits collected on the 9th and with the customers by 11th 🙌
